Routes will be sent to your app the day before a route (if the merchant doesn’t have same-day delivery) OR the day of a route(if the merchant has same-day delivery and if there are any last-minute cancellations).
Tyltgo dispatchers will send you the route the day before or the day of on your Tyltgo courier app. You have the option to accept or decline on the Tyltgo courier app.
