The scanner feature is designed to make sure the correct package is delivered to the correct customer, so it is critical that you use it as much as possible.
Point your camera at the QR code or barcode to scan.
- If you scan the incorrect package, a prompt will appear telling you it's incorrect. Try again, or use the Unscannable feature instead.
- If you scan the correct package, the scanner will close and the delivery options will appear.
Only if the scanner does NOT work for your package(s), you may use the Unscannable feature.
If you are absolutely sure that the package you are scanning is 100% the correct package and the scanner is not working, tap the "Unscannable" button.
Then, take a photo with the label fully visible. The scanner will then close and the delivery options will appear. Here is an example:
Multiple Packages for One Customer
For multiple packages for one customer, you will need to scan or use unscannable for all the packages.
