Scanner

Tap the "Scanner" tab to open the scanner feature.

Point your camera at the QR code or barcode to scan.

Here you will see the Stop Number of the package you scanned

- If you are scanning the package for the first time, "-picked" will appear.
- If you scan the same package again, "- ALREADY PICKED!" will appear.
- If the package is not part of your batch or there is an error, "NOT ON ROUTE -RETURN TO PICKUP!" will appear. If you are absolutely sure this is an error, that the package you are scanning is 100% the correct package, please scroll down to the Unscannable instructions.
- Here you will see how many packages you have picked up, and many packages you have left to pick up.
Unscannable
If the scanner doesn’t work for your packages, you may use the Unscannable feature.

Tap the "List" tab to open the list view.

Tap the "Unscannable" tab on the order you want to pick up. Take a photo with the label fully visible.
Here is an example: -
Here you will see how many packages you have picked up, and many packages you have left to pick up.
Unpicked
When the Merchant informs you that a package is canceled, select unpicked and type in "Cancelled".
Multiple Packages for One Customer
For multiple packages for one customer, there will be an option to scan, unscannable, or mark as unpicked each package in the dropoff.
