Pickup instructions you need to follow.

Tap on the "List" tab to view the packages in a list view.

Tap on the "Scanner" tab to open the scanner to scan the QR code or barcode on the package you are loading.

Batch number to provide to the merchant.

Order ID for that customer.

Dropoff number of that order.

Customer information.

Unpicked option button, for when a package isn’t being picked up for any reason.

Unscannable option button, for when the scanner isn’t working for any reason.

How many packages you have picked up, and how many packages you have left to pick up. When all packages have been accounted for, this button will show “Proceed”. Tap on “Proceed” to complete the pickup process and move on to the first drop-off.
