Here are the steps you can take to set up your Veem account so you can start receiving your Tyltgo earnings.
This is a step-by-step walkthrough of how to set up your Veem account initially to start receiving your Tyltgo earnings. Please make sure to read to the end as there are several steps involved.
Step 1: Check your inbox for an email from Veem
Make sure to check your spam in case you cannot find the email. Please see below for an example of what the email might look like.
Click on the "Accept Payment" button.
Step 2: Create a password
The button you clicked in Step 1 should take you to a Veem page to create your account. Please create a secure password for Veem.
Step 3: Select your account type
Choose the appropriate account type. If you are not sure, select "Individual".
Step 4: Fill out your address
Please make sure to fill out every box (except for Address Line 2 which is optional), and select "Contractor" as the Type of Business.
Step 5: Fill out your personal information
Please make sure to fill out all the boxes with your personal information. Check the box that says "Receive payment notifications via SMS" if you want to be notified of payment statuses in real-time via text.
Please ensure that the information you enter here matches the information stored with your banking institution. Otherwise, Veem may not be able to process your earnings transactions.
Step 6: Enter your bank information
There are two methods to entering your bank information. You can either enter it by using Plaid to connect your banking details to Veem (click the black button that says "Continue") or enter it manually yourself (click the blue text that says "Enter bank information manually").

Search for the name of your banking institution in the Search box.

Select your banking institution after searching for it.
If you cannot find your banking institution, then opt to enter bank information manually.

Enter your login credentials that you would use for your banking institution.
In this example, it says to enter "Client Card Number". If entering your client card number doesn't work, you may have to enter your login name instead.
Step 6B: Entering your bank details manually

Step 7: Setting up your account
Once you successfully connect your bank account (or enter banking details manually), you will be taken to the main account page. Please locate the window shown below that has a button that says "Setup and Get Paid". Please click on this button.
Step 8: Click Continue
Step 9: Click Continue
Step 10: Check to see if further validation is required
You might not be done yet! Please check for any warning messages that indicate you might need to take additional steps in Veem.
Please make sure to look for any additional steps you might need to take. In the example below, the main account page shows a warning box that says "Your account requires further validation".
Step 11: Fill out Regulatory Information
Please fill out any required information to ensure that your transaction can be processed by Veem.
(Optional) Step 12: Check the status of an outstanding transaction
Below you can see that there is a payment of $32 from Tylt Technologies Inc. You can click on it to check the latest status on the transaction.
When you click on the transaction, you can see more information and what the current stage is.
