What you need to get started: Orders must be submitted on the merchant portal in any state (new, in progress, completed) |
Review the steps below corresponding to the sections found on your Merchant Portal to manually upload an order.

If you know your order number, enter it in the search bar to search. Otherwise, click on “Orders” to view all orders sorted by All, New (not yet delivered), In Progress (currently on its delivery route), or Completed (completed deliveries of the day). You can also live track an order by entering in the order number here (click). |

When you click into your order/batch you can see order summary at the top. |

Our map updates in real time displaying which deliveries have been made (green location indicators), and which deliveries are still in progress (grey location indicators). |

Completed orders will be displayed with a green label on how the package was delivered (concierge, left at door, handed to customer). You can also click ‘photo’ to view where the package was left. |

Deliveries that are upcoming will be displayed in the route that you can see by scrolling down. The est. arrival time will automatically update as our courier continues on their route. |

Reports can be found by clicking on the ‘Reports’ tab here. We currently have a “Estimated Past Cutoff Report” that will display all in-progress orders that are at risk of being delivered past the delivery cut off time. |
